Following up results once tests are done is of utmost importance. We aim to contact you by text or call as soon as results are received (usually within 2 weeks).  You must opt-in to receive texts from the surgery and complete the text message consent form here. 

 

If you have not received your results from the practice within 2 weeks please call the results line on 01-2688559 to get them. Please do not presume results are normal.

 

Results line is open 2:00 - 2.30pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

If the doctor has advised a return appointment to review results then phoning to check results are in prior to attending is prudent. Results of tests ordered by consultants do not routinely come back to the surgery.  They will have set up a review appointment for this.
